Sculptor, born in Oederan in Poland, in 1944. He studied at the School of Art of Cracow as a student of Tadeusz Kantor. In 1967, he has his first personal exhibit and the following year moves to Paris. After a trip to Mexico, he is attracted to sculpture and in 1974 decides to abandon painting. In a first phase he works with bronze and terracotta, then from 1979 he begins to work with marble. In 1983 he opens a study in Pietrasanta. His male busts are well known, characterized by very classical lines but empty inside and with some damaged or truncate parts. His works have been exhibited all over the world: New York, London, Paris, Florence, Pompeii. He died in Paris in 2014.
